The Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is Canada’s largest lights festival. This year, the Festival runs from November 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026 and features a spectacularly decorated eight-kilometre long lighting route that along the Niagara Parkway, through Dufferin Islands and in surrounding tourist areas in Niagara Falls.

The Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights is from November 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Both the illumination of the Falls and the Festival’s display illuminations are on nightly from 5:00pm to midnight, including holidays.
While you can walk the entire length of the lighting route, we recommend driving around Dufferin Islands and then parking at Table Rock Centre or Clifton Hill to enjoy the displays along the Niagara Parkway up close – there are many great photo opportunities!
The vast majority of the Festival’s lights and displays are located along an 8km (5+ mile) stretch of the Niagara Parkway between Clifton Hill and Dufferin Islands. Additional illuminations are located within the Fallsview District, Clifton Hill District, Lundy’s Lane.
The Falls Parking Lot, a paid parking lot operated by The Niagara Parks Commission, is located across from the Table Rock Centre along the Niagara Parkway. Visit www.niagaraparks.ca for details. Parking is also available at the Skylon Tower parking lot located on Robinson Street and at Clifton Hill. Lastly, there is limited parking within Dufferin Islands.

The Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights is Canada’s largest FREE outdoor light festival! There is no ticket fee to see the lights; however, voluntary donations are gratefully accepted at Dufferin Islands to support those lighting displays.
