OPG Winter Festival of Lights Invites Community to Get Involved with New Festival Events

Canada’s largest free outdoor light festival is looking for enthusiastic volunteers of all ages to bring joy and keep spirits bright.

The tradition continues with the 39th annual Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights, extended to 101 nights from November 13, 2021 until February 21, 2022. Enhancing this year’s Festival is an exciting line up of entertainment and event activations hosted indoors at the Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Suites, including an entertainment stage, story time, mascot visits and more.

High school students and adults in the community are invited to volunteer to support the free Festival, which features more than 3 million lights and 75 displays across the city. Volunteer opportunities are a great way for friends, family and co-workers to give back to the community and get into the holiday spirit.
